St. Francis Senior Ministries provides comprehensive short-term rehabilitation after an injury, illness or surgery.
Our therapies are offered through HealthPRO Heritage, a nationally recognized healthcare solutions partner that provides our team with innovative resources and delivers optimal-quality care with exceptional outcomes.
Therapies are available seven days a week for skilled evaluations and six days a week for skilled treatments. Our team will create a personalized plan and work with you to help you return home feeling strong and confident.

Does Medicare cover the cost of skilled nursing at St. Francis Senior Ministries?
Medicare will cover up to 100 days of skilled nursing care per benefit period, with the first 20 days being fully covered and days 21-100 subject to a daily coinsurance fee. To qualify for this coverage, a person must have been admitted to a hospital for at least 3 consecutive days and require skilled nursing care that is deemed medically necessary by a physician.
It’s important to note that Medicare coverage for skilled nursing care is not automatic, and each case is evaluated individually.
