When is the right time for assisted living?
The decision to move to an assisted living community is personal and should be based on individual needs, preferences, and goals for the future. Generally, the best time for assisted living is when an individual can no longer live a high-quality life at home, and/or could regain a level of independence with customized care from a trusted professional.
Is there direct admittance for assisted living at St. Francis Senior Ministries?
Yes, nonresidents can be directly admitted into our assisted living community. However, all campus residents at St. Francis Senior Ministries receive priority access.
How much does assisted living cost?
St. Francis Senior Ministries offers four different floor plans with inclusive monthly pricing to match almost any retirement budget:
Studio rooms at $4,173 a month
Standard rooms at $5,303 a month
Deluxe rooms at $5,973 a month
Two-room suites at $6,797 a month
There is a $600 nonrefundable reservation fee. We’re currently certified to provide services under the Assisted Living Waiver program and are accepting applications for individuals enrolling in the assisted living program. Please contact our team for more information.
Is your assisted living community pet-friendly?
Yes! Pets are welcome at Friedman Village Assisted Living, as long as the resident can take care of them without assistance. There is a one-time pet fee of $300 deposit. Contact St. Francis Senior Ministries to learn more about our pet policy.
